The home-based-Scorpions are currently training at the National Technical Training Centre (NTTC) in Old Yundum to prepare themselves ready for their international friendly clash against the Young Terranga Lions.
The Gambia CHAN team will use their international friendly match against Senegal to get themselves ready for the 2023 CHAN qualifiers set to begin in August 2022.
The home based-Scorpions will contend to win their qualifier matches to snatch qualification to the 2023 CHAN competition to be hosted in Algeria.
