Berewuleng bounce back in WAFU Zone A CAF Women's Champion League qualifiers

 Berewuleng Women’s Football Club on Monday bounced back in the WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers.

The Brikama based-team defeated Ram Kamara of Sierra Leone 1-0 in their second group encounter played at the Annexe Stade Aboulaye Wade.

Berewuleng FC slipped to Aigles De Medina 2-1 in their opening match before locking shoulders with Ram Kamara of Sierra Leone.

Coach Fakebba Saine and his charges needed a win against Ram Kamara to fancy their chances of qualifying for the second round of the WAFU Zone A CAF Champions League qualifiers.

Berewuleng FC snatched the significant three points, thanks to Sarrah Jarjue's 13th minutes strike.

Jarju received the player of the Match award following her stunning performance for Berewuleng FC during the match.

Berewuleng FC now grabbed 3 points after two group matches.

Ram Kamara secured 4 points in three group matches.

Berewuleng FC will host USFAS Bamako of Mali in their third group match on Thursday 14th August 2025 at 7pm before playing against Dertermine Girls of Liberia in their final group match on Sunday 17th August 2025 at the Annexe Stade Aboulaye Wade at 5pm.
