the plantiffs Selmen Ejleen Sambou who is a Teacher and Samking Emmanuel Kamala a constructor, alleged that the pastor (Samual Thomas) promised to assist them to travel to USA to attend a conference of his church (Evangelical Lutheran church) in which the defendant argue that they have paid D 100,000.00 each and receipt were issued to them in the name of the church .
The plantiffs are further claiming a recovery of D200, 00.00, for a breach of contract and D25,000.00 for the action and damage.
Case adjourned to 27th February 2025.
