The boy was said to have gone to work at a local mechanic garage in the area and has since not returned home.
Speaking in an interview with The Point, Camara could not hide the difficult period the family is going through now.
"We are devastated at the moment as we don’t see our beloved son after four days well before the recent heavy downpour that rendered families homeless."
He noted that he cannot go to work without seeing his son.
"I am urging anyone to help me find my son."
Maimuna Camara, mother of the missing child, expressed shock and the difficult times the family is going through.
“I don’t know whether my son is alive or not and this is really devastating,” the grieving mother explained, while pleading to people to support her in search for her missing son.
She explained that they are really worried as they are yet to hear any news regarding the boy.
"This mechanic garage is not far from our home and I wonder how my son got missing."
“I cannot eat or rest because I don’t know my son's whereabouts.”
The family is now urging the general public help in the search for the missing boy and report to any radio or police station.
