The presentation held recently held at the Center, was designed to augment the raw skills of athletes at the school, while exposing them to opportunities to be able to utilise their passion for future sport development.
The head of the Center, Aminata Nyang expressed sincere appreciation for the kindness and support extended by the Foundation and its partners Mr. Lamin Conteh and Mr. Krish Roopnarine and family.
She emphasised that such assistance inspires both learners and coaches to strive for excellence, while promoting sportsmanship and healthy competition among students.
Mr. Lamin Drammeh, Sport trainer at the school and fellow coach, Dawda Drammeh, both expressed similar sentiments.
The duo thanked donors for the gesture, assuring that the new equipment would significantly help improve the quality of training sessions, while also motivating young athletes to pursue their future athletic goals.
On behalf of the foundation and partners, Hagie Gai Drammeh, founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Hagie Gai Drammeh Foundation for the Physically Challenged, while extending appreciations to the Roopnarine family as well as Mr. Lamin Conteh, also hailed the duo for the numerous support extended to the foundation.
