Justice Ebrima Jaiteh of the High Court in Banjul on the 20th July, 2020, ruled in the murder case involving Yankuba Touray that the witnesses of the accused cannot be heard by video link. This followed an application made by the defence counsel, Abdoulie Sissoho, to allow the witnesses of the accused namely, Mamie Minteh-Touray, Bakary Minteh and Mariama Minteh to testify by video link.
