Preliminary information received indicate that the victim was allegedly stabbed during an incident involving a 12-year-old boy. A pair of scissors suspected to have been used in the incident has since been recovered by Police.
The 12-year-old suspect remains at large, and Police efforts are ongoing to apprehend him as investigations continue.
