Zurich FC on Wednesday beat Latrikunda United 1-0 to book their place in the quarterfinals stage of the Serrekunda East Sports Development Organisation (SESDO) Nawetan League Competition, thanks to skipper Buba Sama’s 17th minute strike.
Speaking to Alieu Colley, head coach of Zurich FC, shortly after the game, he said he was delighted with the victory and performance of his team.
He noted that his team has been improving since they came back to the Nawetan proper through the play-off. He added that their target is to enter a final this year.
