One Amadou Korr was on 1st March 2010 arraigned before Magistrate Abdoulai Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, charged with attempting to commit a felony to wit stealing, a charge he denied.
According to the particulars of offence, on 28th February 2010, at Latrikunda German, the accused Amadou entered into the compound of one Kerr Ken with intent to steal.
Meanwhile, the accused was granted a court bail in sum of D2, 000, with a Gambian surety who must swear to an affidavit of means
The case was adjourned to 10th March 2010.
