A woman was recently arraigned before the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with threatening violence.
Isatou Trawally pleaded not guilty of the charge and was granted court bail of D1,000 with a Gambian surety.
According to the particulars of offence, on 24 April 2011, at Serrekunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused, Isatou Trawally, with intent to intimidate, insult or annoy one Bakary Kujabi, threatened to stab him with a broken bottle.
