A Brikama resident, Demba Ceesay was recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court, presided over by Magistrates J.A. Effim for wilful damage to property, a charge he denied.
According to the particulars of offence, on 1st October 2009, at Brikama, the accused, Demba Ceesay, wilfully and unlawfully destroyed or damaged the door glass of a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 205, valued at D800, being the property of one Lamin Jammeh.
Meanwhile, the accused was remanded until the next adjourned date.
