The
2016-2017 West Coast Regional third division league final is slated for
tomorrow, Saturday 20 May 2017, at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium at 4.30pm.
The
much-awaited final game will feature Gunjur United Football Club and Greater
Tomorrow Football Club.
The
Gunjur-based outfit finished top-spot in group A with 16 points after winning
four and drawing four and are also unbeaten since the start of the league
campaign in January in 2017.
The
Brikama-based outfit finished top- spot in group A with 21 points after winning
seven league matches and are also unbeaten since the start of the league in
January 2017.
The
winner between Gunjur United Football Club and Greater Tomorrow Football Club
will gain automatic promotion to the second division next season and the loser
will go for play-off against teams from Kanifing Municipality and Banjul.
