Federation second division league leaders Red Hawks to just two points.
The
blue boys are mid-table in the second tier prior to their slender win over the
Wellingara-based outfit in their week-six fixtures at the West Coast Region
biggest football arena.
Wallidan
are now among the teams challenging for promotion to the top flight next season
with 10 points in six league matches after edging past Kexx in the mid-week
fixtures.
Interior
beat Waa Banjul on the same score-line at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium to
maintain their first division promotion chances alive.
Elsewhere,
Banjul United lost to Bakau United 2-1 at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium on the
same day to keep their top flight promotion hopes alive.
