The Senegalese female mbalax star, Viviane Ndour, is expected to land at the Banjul International Airport this afternoon, PointEntertainment was reliably informed.
The Senegalese star and her delegation will be received by a large crew spearheaded by members of the Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation (SSHFC).
Upon her arrival in the country, Viviane will be on stage on 29 April at the Senegambia Beach Hotel together with Jaliba Kuyateh, Abou and Fafa, Freaky Joe, Badibunka, Jali Madi and many other superb artistes of aromatic musical flavour.
On 30 April Viviane will continue the show at the all-famous Dream Park down the avenue. On 1 May the same show will be repeated at Duplex Night Club.
The president of the SSHFC Staff Association, Sheikh Tijan Jobe, called on the general public to come out in their numbers to attend the programme.
He said that half of the generated funds will go to such sectors as health, agriculture and education, particularly the University of The Gambia.
"We are thanking the management and staff of the corporation, executive committee and the general public for their support," he said, adding: "Big thanks go to the Head of State."vv
