The materials, presented to the school authorities at a ceremony held at the school grounds by Awa Jarra, a member of UNICEF distribution team, included volleyballs, footballs, nets, corns and others items.
The support was geared towards improving and promoting grassroots sports in the school.
Simon Peter Jatta, school sports master, in receiving the materials, thanked UNICEF for the support, saying it will improve grassroots sports in the school.
He said the school does also participate in cluster heats where regional participants are selected to represent the region at inter-schools sporting competitions.
For the first time the school did participate at inter-schools, he said, adding the materials will help them prepare and do better in both regional and national competitions as well as promote and improve grassroots sports in the school.
Mr Jatta called for more support to sport.
