A delegation from the Gambia Athletics Association is due in Nigeria on Tuesday to attend the African junior athletics meeting, which opens there mid week.
Seven athletes and two coaches will travel to the meeting in Warri.
The athletes are Ebrima Camara, 100/200m; Alieu Jobe, 100m; Tijan Keita, 400m relay; Assan Faye, 200 relay; Wandifa Sanneh, 200m relay; Fanta Mbye, 100/200m relay, and Alhagie Sonko 200m. The officials travelling include coaches Modou Lamin Njie and Lamin Marikong.
