Gambia Transport, Agriculture, Food, and Industrial Workers Union has
congratulated president-elect Adama Barrow on his victory in the recent
presidential election.

The
executive and the entire membership of the Gambia Transport Agriculture food
and Industrial workers Union do here congratulate the president-elect of the
republic of The Gambia, Adama Barrow, and the rest of the coalition team for a
successful election victory.
The
transport union looks forward to:
work with the new government to
enhance the Gambia’s commercial transport section nationally and within the
sub-region;
witness the introduction of the
drivers employment card, and
have the drivers registered and
contributed for with social security.
