Reigning league champions Commit FC will rub shoulders with knockout champions Manchester United FC in the 2011 Gunjur Super Cup final billed for Tomorrow, 3 September 2011, at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field at 4.30pm.

The Super Cup marked the curtain raiser of the 2011-2012 Gunjur Nawettan season.

Commit FC and Manchester United FC played each other in last year`s Gunjur Nawettan but Commit FC thumped Manchester United 5-0. It is therefore expected that United will come all out for revenge in the Super Cup final, while Commit FC, who lost to Solifo Investment FC 2-0 in the Gunjur Super Cup final two years ago, will make all efforts to ensure they win the Super Cup title this season.

Commit FC lifted the league after beating QCell FC 1-0 in the final courtesy of striker Dodou Saine, while Manchester United FC clinched the knockout title in their debut season after thrashing World Eleven FC 3-1 in the final courtesy of Dodou Bojang, Musa Sonko (alias Pato) and Pa Abdoulie Jallow (alias Beckham) respectively.
