Three girls, namely Bobo Suso, Peity Suso and Awa Suso were on 10th May 2010 arraigned before magistrate Mbake of the Bundung Magistrates' Court for assault.
According to the charge sheet, on count one, the accused persons, jointly and unlawfully conducted themselves in a prohibited manner on 14th April 2010, at Tallinding.
Count two stated that the accused persons jointly assaulted one Fatoumata Foon.
Meanwhile, the first accused, Bobo Suso pleaded guilty to both counts, while the 2nd and 3rd accused persons pleaded not guilty to both counts.
The trial magistrate requested the facts concerning the first accused, as narrated by Prosecutor 3533 Jarju, which the 1st accused admitted as the true.
Magistrate Mbacke then adjourned the case to 13th May 2010 for judgement.
The 2nd and 3rd accused persons, who pleaded not guilty, were granted court bail in the sum of D250 each with a Gambian surety.
