The Brikama Magistrates' Court, presided over by Magistrate Halary Abeke, recently heard a criminal case of threatening violence and willful damage to property, brought against one Ousman Jallow.
Jallow pleaded not guilty and was subsequently granted bail of D10,000 with two Gambian sureties.
The charge sheet, on count, one stated that on 29 January 2011, at Brikama, West Coast Region, the accused, Ousman Jallow, damaged one light bulb and a basin, being the property of one Mariama Jallow.
The charge on count two stated that on the same date and place, the accused, Ousman Jallow, broke a bottle against the said Maraiama Jallow.
The case was then adjourned till 15 February 2011.
