The principal magistrate at the Brikama Magistrates' Court, J.A. Iffim, recently heard a theft case brought against one Bun S. Darboe, Musa Njie and Alpha Ceesay.
The court was told that on or about the 24th April 2010, at Ballast Nedam camp in Brikama, the trio stole water pipe, the value of which is yet to be established, belonging to Ballast Nedam.
All of them pleaded not guilty to the charge and were each remanded on bail in the sum of D50, 000, with a Gambian surety.
The case was subsequently adjourned to 7th June 2010 to enable the prosecution call their witnesses.
