SV Larr FC is preparing for the 2010 Serrekunda East Nawettaan, and looked set to battle it out for a championship glory.
Team Coach Ensa Kanteh, who spoke to Pointsport about his team's chance of achieving glory, said "my ambition is to help SV Larr to do better than last year’s Nawettan," which he added, saw the Serrekunda East outfit escaped relegation after a string of dismal performances.
"We are a young academy team with little experience at the Nawettan level, given the fact that it was the team's first-ever experience at the Serrekunda East Nawettan, but I am hopeful that we can deliver to expectation this year," he stated.
While describing Serrekunda East Nawettan as the best, he said with the quality of players at SV Larr disposal, the team can win the championship title when the big event kicks-off soonest.
"We started intensive training efforts ahead of the Summer Championship and the boys are responding positively to the training with an impressive turn-out which can serve as a moral booster in our quest to achieve the desired result," Kanteh concluded.
