The
Gambian leader, President Yahya Jammeh, has appointed Sulayman Samba, Minister
for Presidential Affairs, secretary general and head of the civil service.
A news release from State House aired over the state broadcaster, GRTS TV, last night said Mr Samba’s appointment took effect 23 November 2015.
He was the former deputy Secretary General.
