One Muhammed Jallow of Serrekunda was recently arraigned before Magistrate Effirm of the Brikama Magistrates' Court for careless driving, a charge he admitted.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused Muhammed Jallow, on 4th September 2009, along Kombo Coastal Road drove a motor vehicle with a registration number KM 0024B, without due care and attention, and thereby caused an accident.
