Biko, Wednesday slipped to Immigration 1-0 in the opening match of the
2019-2020 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) second division league season,
played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
The
Bakau giant killers, who were relegated to the second tier season before last,
came for the vital three points but were beaten by the Immigration boys.
Demoted
side PSV Wellingara thumped Red Hawks 2-0 at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium
to bolster their chances of returning to the first division next season.
They
are eager to maintain their brilliant performance in the league to regain
promotion to the top flight league next season.
