FC Honka has suffered during the first round of last Veikkausliga, even though they went close to finishing second behind winners, HJK Helsinki. This is closely linked to their blunt attacking tactics.
Despite dominating many matches in this period, Demba Savage and Honka have had the same result, which is seen as ineffective in their quest to win the finish league.
FC Honka, who are on 17 points and 7 points behind Dawda Bah’s HJK Helsinki, will play away to bottom placed FC Lahti on Wednesday.
Team midfielder Markus Paatelainen, ahead of the clash, believes it is difficult to say what it was when the power to claim glory has been "a bit missing."
He said it would need more attacking tactics and must act quickly to achieve that goal.
"Yes, the league is certainly still open. The season has started quite well, and we are quite well positioned on the table so we have a chance to change things," Paatelainen continued.
