Sabally is new boss of Daily Observer

According to official sources, Mr Momodou Sabally, former Secretary General and Head of the Civil Service and Minister for Presidential Affairs, has been appointed new Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Observer Company with effect from Wednesday, 18 November 2015.

When contacted, Sabally confirmed the story.
