According to
official sources, Mr Momodou Sabally, former Secretary General and Head of the
Civil Service and Minister for Presidential Affairs, has been appointed new
Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Observer Company with effect
from Wednesday, 18 November 2015.
