Robbery case adjourned for judgment

The robbery trial involving one Babucarr Drammeh and Muhammed Jabbi would soon come to a close, as it was adjourned for judgment at the Special Criminal Court in Banjul before Justice Emmanuel Nkea.

The adjournment date was taken after both the prosecution and the defence declared their cases closed.

The case saw the testimony of several prosecution witnesses and the tendering of exhibits, while the accused also opened his defence and testified as a lone witness.

The case was then adjourned to 30 May 2013.
