Rising Gambian artiste poised to take music as career

Gibril Trawally is rising up as a musician promising to take music as a career.

 Gibril Trawally known as Gibsin Jobe, a reggae dancehall artiste, is also the CEO of Gibsin Universe artiste of Star Click Records Company.

In a chat with The Point Entertainment and Lifestyle over the weekend, Gibsin said he is doing everything possible to develop his music, adding that “for eight years now and since that time, I’m working hard to develop my music.”

Gibsin Jobe, a native of Bakau Sanchaba, told this paper that he loves music; so that was why he went in for music, adding that one thing is lacking which is that musicians are not motivated, and they need to be motivated.

“To be an artiste is not easy, it is very hard on my side, because even to have a proper record you have to get money,” he continued, adding that Gambian artistes are really doing their best, but the stakeholders are not ready to support them.

He called on artistes to work hard and develop their talents.
