Registration
is open for the 2017 Gunjur Wet Season biggest football fiesta, according to
news emanating from Gunjur Sports Committee.
The
registration fee for teams from the qualifiers is pegged at D1,000 and each of
the twelve teams in the 2016 nawettan season will pay D4,000.
The
deadline for registration is Monday 28 August 2017, and balloting will take
place the same day at the Gunjur Day Care Centre.
Meanwhile,
the 2017 Gunjur Super Cup final is set for the third of Tobaski 2017 festive
days, at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field.
The
long-awaited Super Cup final will feature league champions Reliance Financial
Services FC and Red Star Family FC, described by many football fans in Gunjur
and environs as a crunch clash.
