The
Gambian premier league side Real De Banjul on Sunday thrashed Senegalese
premier league side Cassa Sport in an international friendly game played at the
Independence Stadium in Bakau.
The
city boys came from one nil down to beat the Ziguinchor-based outfit 3-1 in the
game.
The
international game was part of Real De Banjul’s Golden Jubilee celebration.
It
was also part of Cassa Sport’s preparations for their crunch 2016 Senegalese FA
Cup final against Niary Tally.
The
visitors were the first to find the ball at the back of the net in the game.
Before
Yankuba Jarjue alias Torres, Ebou Kanteh alias Ronaldinho and Ebou Sanneh found
themselves on the score sheet for the city boys to a convincing win over their
counterparts.
