A Gambian US-based Professor at the Rowan University Dr. Michael Ba Banutu-Gomez will this weekend launch his second book titled: ‘Global leadership, change, organizations and development’.
According to the information provided to this paper, the book launch will be held on Saturday 16 June 2012 at the Banutu Business College in Lamin Village Kombo North, staring at 4pm.
It would be recalled that in 2006, Professor Gomez visited The Gambia and launched his first book titled: Africa, we owe it to our ancestors, our children and ourselves.
The launching ceremony was held at the Alliance Franco-Gambienne premises in Kanifing and attended by many dignitaries including the academia community, relatives, and friends within and outside The Gambia.
Written by an accomplished professor, the book to be launched, provides a framework for leadership success throughout the world.
Drawing upon examples from Africa and elsewhere, the author demonstrates how to deal with organizational cultures, teams, and change in a global setting, be more profitable in an increasingly globalized world, define your organizational culture and inspire others, manage your business in Africa and other developing nations.

Professor Ba Banutu-Gomez is an organizational development consultant and has done consulting in the US, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Europe.
He is the founder and CEO of Banutu Business College that has graduated many Gambians now working in different institutions mainly in the commercial banking sector.
