The prosecuting officer yesterday succeeded in tendering a computer printout as an exhibit in the trial involving Lansana Jobarteh, a UDP militant, before Principal Magistrate Ibrahim Kijera of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.
Lasana Jobarteh was charged with broadcasting without a licence contrary to the Information and Communication Act.
The prosecution witness earlier told the court that he had a printout from Freedom Radio online, and the prosecution then applied to tender it in evidence.
However, defence counsel Ousainou Darboe objected.
The court in its ruling admitted the document.
The case at that juncture was adjourned for continuation.
