Police Inspector Testifies In Court

Inspector Matarr Bojang, a police officer attached to the Mobile Traffic Unit, last Saturday testified before Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrate's Court in an accident case.

In his testimony, Inspector Bojang told the court that on 26th March 2009, he was at the Mobile Unit when he was called by the Serekunda Traffic Police that there were two vehicles involved in an accident around the Kerr Sering area.

He said upon arrival at the scene he inspected both vehicles and issued them testing certificates, which were later tendered before the court as exhibits.

The case was adjourned to 29th September 2009.
