Gambian midfielder Pa Saikou Kujabi and German outfit are set for the start of the 2010 second Bundesliga against Paderborn on Friday August 13th, at the Frankfurter Volksbank Stadion.

Friday's encounter is part of Germany - DFB Pokal competition first round matches.

Bayern München are the defending champions of this title after beating Werder Bremen 4-0 in the finals in the 2009/10 show.

FSV Frankfurt failed to make it pass the first round, as they were knocked out of the competition by Borussia VfL Mönchengladbach in the first round.

FSV will later take on Arminia Bielefeld in the German second Bundesliga opener on Friday August 20th.

Pa Saikou's side escaped relegation to the 3rd division narrowly last season after settling for a draw in the end of season game. This gave them 38 points and 15th on the table and sent away the prospects of going through a play-off for relegation.

With the new season ahead, FSV's Head Coach Hans-Jürgen Boysen said on club's website that the team is set to return to the First Division, as they are set to play their 3rd year at the lower league this season.
