The particulars of offence read that the accused persons, Edrissa Jarju and Edrissa Jaiteh, on 10 December 2011 at Manjai Kunda, with malice after thought caused the death of one Alpha Omar Jobe, by subjecting him to brutal torture while in their custody.
They denied the charge preferred against them, and the case was adjourned till 11 April 2012, for hearing.
