Soldier needs surgical treatment

One Yusupha Faye, a soldier is in urgent need of surgical treatment, a medical report from the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital (RVTH), dated 30th April stated.

Yusupha aged, 24, has complained of neck and back pain and he can't wake up, because he lost the sensibility and the force of lower limbs.

The medical report indicated that he (Yusupha) was admitted at the RVTH with antiflamatory drugs, painkillers and steroids, adding that his back and lower limbs has pain in the dorsal segment of the spine and go down to the lumbar segment.

While noting that almost total traumatic vertebral collapsed at the level of (XLL) vertebrae, it stated that the body multiply overseas fragment and displacement back ward, and occupied all vertebral canal at this level with server injury of spinal cord.

According to Yususpha Faye's medical report, there are also fractures of both pedilly and the scan medical report from the Radiology Department at the (RVTH), which indicated the same results with that of Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital (RVTH) management board.

According to his father, Kebba Faye, who resides in Basori Village with his son, Yusupha is really a son to him who took care of the family before becoming disabled.
