One Pa Modou Jeng, a resident of Old Youndum village was recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court before Magistrate J.A Effim, charged with stealing.
According to the particulars of offence, on 5th January 2010, at Old Youndum village, Kombo North, Western Region, the accused Pa Modou Jeng stole from one Alh Musa Fatty, electrical wires, valued at D350 and a copper pipe, valued at D650.
Meanwhile, the accused who pleaded guilty to the charge was remanded in custody until 25th January 2010 for judgement.
