The case of Kenneth Nwadiuko, a Nigerian national, was earlier this week struck out by the Bundung Magistrates' Court for want of prosecution.
Kenneth had his case dropped on Tuesday when Kumba Janneh, presiding, felt dissatisfied with the way the prosecution had handled the entire affair. The magistrate was not in any way convinced of the prosecution's efforts in proving that Kenneth had indeed committed the offence that he was charged to have.
Kenneth, it would be recalled, was earlier taken to the Bundung Magistrates' Court for assaulting one Muhammed Erghedi thereby causing him actual bodily harm.
He was represented in the trial by Lawyer Edu Gomez.
