As the 2010 Trust Bank sponsored Inter-Schools of the Gambia Secondary Schools Sports Association (GSSSA) for Greater Banjul schools is producing outstanding results at the Independence Stadium in Bakau, the Physical Education Teacher of the Gambia Muslim Senior Secondary School, Hamzat O. Adejuwon has expressed confidence that his school will win this year's Inter-Schools Athletics Championship.
Adejuwon also stated that they have "no problem with other senior secondary schools." As he put it, they are fully prepared for it, adding that they always train at the Independence Stadium, to ensure that they win this year’s athletics championship.
He thanked the Principal of the Gambia Muslim Senior Secondary School, Mr. Marong who came up with the idea of giving scholarship to the athletes.
He promised to continue leading up to the finals.
