Both pleaded guilty to all the counts, and were subsequently remanded in custody until 30 November 2015, for sentencing.
The charge sheet in count one stated that on 2 November 2015, at Bakoteh Layout in the Kanifing Municipality, they jointly conspired to steal.
In count two, they were alleged to have broken into the house of one Egbuchere Joy, with intent to steal.
In count three, they were alleged to have stolen the following items: one bag containing cash of US$1,150, two mobile phones Nokia and Techno valued at D14,000, one bag containing some jewelries value unknown, one DVD player value unknown, one barbing machine value unknown, a calculator value unknown and one lamp and six tooth brushes value unknown, all being the property of the said Egbuchere Joy.
