The 2010 Mariama Kunda Nawetaan league will reach its climax this Saturday, 23 October 2010, at the Mariama Kunda playground.
The final game, which will feature M.K. United FC and Jabang FC at 4.30pm, is expected to be a mouthwatering clash.
M.K. United FC, who progressed to the final following their 5-4 victory over California FC on post-match penalty shootout after 1-1 draw in the regular time in their first semi-final encounter, will be fighting all out to secure a victory to lift the trophy.
Their opponents Jabang FC, who sailed into the final after their hard-fought 1-0 win over Youna FC in their second semi-final clash, will make things difficult for their opponents as they are also in for a victory.
The organising committee - Mariama Kunda Youth Committee - is calling on all football lovers residing in Mariama Kunda and its environs to turn up for match between the biggest teams in area.
They are also appealing to fans of both finalists to maintain discipline and tolerance during the game expected to be free and fair.
