The manslaughter case involving Alhagie Lamin Bawo and
Amie Saye could not proceed recently at the Special Criminal Court in Banjul
before Justice Emmanuel Nkea.
It was later adjourned till 5 December 2012, on the grounds that the prosecutor prosecuting the case was reported to have travelled out of the country’s jurisdiction.
Both the accused persons and their counsel were present in court, but the prosecutor was not.
