year-old Yaya Marong of Manjai-Kunda was on 10thSeptember 2008 arraigned before Magistrate B.O
Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates' Court charged with stealing.
According to the particulars of the offence, on 3rdSeptember 2008 at Kololi, the accused is alleged to have stolen a wallet containing; one wrist watch valued at 50 Euros, three Silver rings valued at 50 Euros, three gold rings valued at 300 Euros, two gold plated chains valued at 600 Euros and two pairs of ear rings valued at 200 Euros. All the items were the property of one Zita Chinelo Dike. He denied the charge before being granted court bail in the sum of D10, 000 with one Gambian surety who must meet the bail condition.
