One Baboucarr Bah on Monday 9thFebruary
2009 appeared before Magistrate Kayode at
the Brikama Magistrates' Court on two count charges of stealing and forgery.
According to the particulars of the offence, on count 1, on or about the 17thday of November 2008 at Sukuta Junction, the accused stole 116 liters of petrol valued at D3,586 belonging to Ambil Fueling Petrol Station.
While on count 2, the particulars of the offence revealed that in the year 2006, while the accused was residing at old Yundum, with intend to defraud forged by changing his particulars to obtain another driving license. He admitted the charges and was convicted and sentence to a fine of D3,000 in default to serve two months imprisonment.
