One Yusupha Bojang was recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court before Magistrate Effim, charged with criminal trespass and assult.
According to the particulars of offence, on court one, on 25th December, 2009, at Brikama town in the Western Region, the accused Yusupha Bojang, unlawfully entered into the house of one Buba Saidy with the intention of intimidating him.
While on count two, the accused on the same day assaulted the complainant by hitting him with a broken bottle.
The case was adjourned for continuation.
