One Mam Samba Sosseh was recently arraigned before Magistrate Kijera of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with willful damage to property and threatening violence.
He denied the charge and was remanded, pending the adjournment date.
It was alleged in count one that Mam Samba Sosseh, on 21 July 2015 at Sukuta in the Kanifing Municipality, unlawfully and willfully broke the glass of one Kaddy Manneh.
He was further alleged in count two that, with intent to intimidate, he insulted and annoyed one Isatou Jammeh, and threatened to kill her with a knife.
The case was adjourned till 14 September 2015.
