Musa
Manneh was yesterday appeared before Magistrate Joof of the Kanifing
Magistrates’ Court charged with stealing.
He
denied the charge and was granted court bail of D5,000 with a Gambian surety
who must deposit an ID card.
The
case was adjourned until 8 August for hearing.
The
charge sheet presented before the court stated that, on 26 April 2017 at Tippa
Garage in the Kanifing Municipality, he stole a black mobile phone marked
Samsung S3 valued at D5,000 and cash of D10,000, a total value of D15,000,
being the property of one Alhagie Badjie.
