One Esaika Dukureh was Monday arraigned before Magistrate Pierette M. Sarre of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with assault causing bodily harm.
According to the charge sheet read in court, the accused, Esaika Dukureh, on 27 August 2014 at Tallinding in the Kanifing Municipality, assaulted one Muhammed Jawo with a stone on his head causing him injuries, and thereby committed an offence.
The case was adjourned to 30 October 2014, for continuation.
