Man granted D250 bail bond

One Saikou Fatty, a resident of Tallinding, in the Kanifing Municipality, was recently granted bail of D250, with a Gambian surety who must deposit an ID card with the court by the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.

This followed the accused person’s denial of the charge of criminal trespass preferred against him.

According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Saikou Fatty, on 6 March 2012, at Tallinding, entered into the compound of one Lamin Saidy, with the intent of assaulting him and thereby committed an offence.

The prosecutor at that juncture applied for an adjournment, which was granted and the case was adjourned till later date.
